air duct cleaning
 + -1 moreSeemed to be good then went to check on filter next day and it was clogged up. They came back again, changed filter, was told to check it out in few days and I did they came out a third time and cleared the vents, each time getting lots of stuff out and each time having a super clogged filter. After third time was told they would not come out again. Overall I feel they must have missed something, was odd all the junk in my ducts. They were rude on phone to me after the first time and dissmissive on the second. I would think twice about having them come out.
Description of Work: Used the 180-4my Home number. Sears came out opened the air work from the furance. I was expecting them to have to cut holes like other companies said. Cleaned out ducts sprayed some fabreeze into machine, cleaned filter. They did come on time, were friednly.

carpet cleaners, air duct cleaning
 + 0 more2 men arrived on time, revised all the work to be done, brought in equipment, unscrewed the vent covers and got to work. They also cleaned the furnace, added deodorizer and cleaned the dryer and carpeting on the stairs. They replaced all of the vent covers and assured that everything was to our satisfaction.
Description of Work: Cleaned all vents and returns, about 15, furnace, dryer and also cleaned carpeting on 24 steps. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves. Very excellent job.
