+ -1 moreAll went amazingly well. Scott is very knowledgeable of what improvements were needed. The price was reasonable and consideration was given to my 30-year customer history. The service technician were top notch and Terri iof their Office Staff does a fantastic job assisting them.
Description of Work: Purchased house in 1979 with old outdated Security System. Scott's put in a " more modern (for the time) upgraded system in 1984 for smoke, fire, CO2 detection, and burglary . Joined their Central Station monitoring program that year and have used them exclusively for 33 years. The system was improved and maintained by Scott's the entire time until this month when the parts became too obsolete to continue using. Scott,s installed for me this month a new upgraded system taking advantage of the new technology of today but able to be compatible with the existing wiring system.

+ -1 moreI COMPARED PRICES AND THEY ARE SIMILAR TO OTHER COMPANIES' PRICES. THEY DID EVERYTHING I ASKED THEM TO DO. WHEN I NEEDED THEM THEY WERE HERE. THE ONLY BAD THING IS THAT WHEN I CALLED, I WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR QUITE A WHILE.
Description of Work: HE INSTALLED AND REPAIRED MY ALARM.

+ -1 moreI THOUGHT THE COMPANY CHARGED ME A DECENT PRICE, BUT I THINK I COULD HAVE GOT A BETTER PRICE. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY POLITE. ANYTIME I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE SYSTEM, THEY ARE VERY GOOD ABOUT HELPING ME WITH IT.
