All went amazingly well. Scott is very knowledgeable of what improvements were needed. The price was reasonable and consideration was given to my 30-year customer history. The service technician were top notch and Terri iof their Office Staff does a fantastic job assisting them.

I COMPARED PRICES AND THEY ARE SIMILAR TO OTHER COMPANIES' PRICES. THEY DID EVERYTHING I ASKED THEM TO DO. WHEN I NEEDED THEM THEY WERE HERE. THE ONLY BAD THING IS THAT WHEN I CALLED, I WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR QUITE A WHILE.

I THOUGHT THE COMPANY CHARGED ME A DECENT PRICE, BUT I THINK I COULD HAVE GOT A BETTER PRICE. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY POLITE. ANYTIME I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE SYSTEM, THEY ARE VERY GOOD ABOUT HELPING ME WITH IT.
