I did have Reliance Appliance Repair Service come to my home on two different occasions. There was a problem during the spin cycle in the washer it sounded like it was off center so I had the repair service come out to fix it. I thought it was repaired but when I used the washer again it still made the noise. When he came out again he just charged me for the service charge he did not charge for the part and it was repaired correctly that time. He was showed up on time and he was professional but I don’t think I will use him again.
