Precision Fence

Guys did a very very poor job in my vinyl fence. Didn't use concrete in the base as I couldn't monitor whole time and within a year few fences just slanted on one side. Horrible work and afterwards when I tried to follow up, there was no response. At one point I agreed to pay from my pocket as the specific fence was not available and only through them and at that time, guy just stopped responding to my messages. NEVER GO WITH THEM AS THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

When my fences were first installed around my property, they looked gorgeous and Precision Fence did a great job. It is now 6 years after my fences were installed and the panels are now bowing between the posts. I am extremely displeased with the lack of communication and unwillingness to fix the issue when I tried following up. I contacted George at Precision Fence and he responded asking for pictures. Unfortunately, after this he was not responsive and took me weeks to reach out to him. He finally agreed to send out someone to fix the fences; however, the issue was no resolved and my fence is getting worse. There is a warranty on the fence that Precision Fence is not following up on. I am greatly disappointed that my fence is still not fixed despite many efforts to contact the company.

Actual work went well. Owner doesn't return phone calls. Didn't confirm start date, crew showed up while no one was home. Job included removal of existing chain-link fence; owner did not provide Jack hammer to break concrete around posts- poor guys had to break it by hand in mid 80 temp. Very poor customer service and communication. Not worth the aggravation.

What ever you do stay away from this company. They don't return calls are respond to emails. I have to replace two fence sections that were damaged during one of March's storms and after providing the quote, Precision Fence refused to respond taking on the job. What's even more bizarre is they post a bogus phone number on their website for people wishing to request a free estimate. Stay as far away from this company as possible!

Precision Fence replaced my old wood fence with a white vinyl privacy fence. I connected with George when I first called and he sent his right hand to measure the fence and provided us with a very competitive quote. I contacted George once I got the permit from the township and he scheduled the installation promptly at a day of our choosing. The crew did a pretty good job and completed the work in two days. While the contract required for me to pay half the money on the day of installation before they started the work, they didn't ask for a cent. George took one third of the amount even though they completed 95% of the work and took the rest of the money once the latches for the gates were installed. I would highly recommend Precision Fence for all the fence work

We called a few listing and asked of estimates from a few companies. As advised, since our property was not regular and we had property corners marked by a survey company and decided to fine tune the estimates. Precision fence provided the competitive price. Jim was meticulous and provided an estimate right away. Incidentally, a friend had also referred Precision Fence. After a brief interview, we placed the order with Jim and work was supposed to start in two/three weeks, which they did promptly. The crew they brought was excellent. They worked all day - late into evening, say, 9.30 pm and finished the job at one go. We cared/cheered the crew with water, coffee and food for their tiresome work. Our fence looks fantastic!  

The team is very professional and works fast and extremely accurately. I was amazed watching how they were aligning and leveling fence up to less than one 1" . Guys are definitely proud of what they do. The owner, George, is very helpful in all aspects: holds on to his words, does exactly what was  promised in terms of quality and timing. He even helps in resolving issues not directly related to fence installation like arranging removing dead bushes and trees and bringing dumpster (for almost 1/2 of a regular price). He even didn't take any deposit in 2016.  Keeping all this in mind and a very reasonable price we got,  I am definitely recommending this company without any reservations.

We played a little phone tag in the beginning, I called and left a message and then they called me back.  it was a lady that called and left a message.  I called back and asked for her, the man that answered said she wasn't available but that he was the OWNER and didn't have his schedule book in front of him so he asked for my number and said he would call me to schedule an appointment.  He (the Owner) never called back.  I called two days later and again the Owner picked up, he recognized me and apologized for not calling back and promised he would call me back to set-up an appointment. Guess what..he never called back.  if the Owner doesn't call you back just to make an appointment to give him work then, what will happen after you give them the work!

Everything went great until it came time to do the work. Then there were hiccups getting the work scheduled (I think him and his team wete very busy post-Sandy). Regardless they worked over the New Years (2013 into 2014) in the cold ...and got the work done.
My wife and I are very happy with the work done.

The initial quote and sale with Jim went well and that is where things began to fall off. We had some unforeseen challenges which we felt Jim and his crew should have been able to assess and communicate to us. We provided a recent survey and as it turns out we found only on the day of the install that our neighbor's fence was on our property and to complicate matters, there was a large tree stump that needed to be removed in order to place the fence near the property line. We asked them to delay the install until we could get the stump removed and they gave us a lot of attitude about the request as if we were asking for something outrageous. While it is our responsibility to know our property line, this was a brand new construction house with new lines. Our builder should have informed us that our neighbor's fence was on our line, not when the survey company came out after the fact. Jim's crew did remove a chain-link fence that the builder left near the property lines and when they agreed to delay the install, the put up a temporary fence for us. Once the job was done, one of their workers left his bobcat on my lawn for a few weeks. I called regularly to have them remove it and they finally came about a month after the job was done.
I recently called to add a gate to the other side which is something we should have done in the beginning and getting Jim on the phone after his initial quote has been impossible. I have called him 5-7 times over the past few months with no response. I guess a small job like that isn't worth the time or money, but it should be considering it is repeat business.
We referred our Aunt and Uncle to Precision and they recently had their fence done and we wish they decided to go with someone else.
If you want a decent deal and below average service, this place is for you.

installation went fine. 1 week later all the fence post caps popped off. I called 3 times to get them replaced and never received a call back. since then the hinges on the gate have bent. the latch broke and some wood planks have split.

The estimator was supposed to come over on Sunday 4/6/2014 at 1 pm. He never showed up and I didn't receive any follow up call from the company-this is totally an unprofessional way of doing business.

It went very well. Both I and the property owner were very satisfied - more than satisfied! - with the quality of the materials and the workmanship. All the little details - like the scrolls atop the gates - were taken care of.

I called and spoke to an unidentified woman for an estimate for new fencing. When I told her the appointment would need to
be an evening or Saturday appointment, she hung up on me. Thinking the call had been dropped, I called
back and identified myself – and she hung up on me again. I don't know what to make of such rudeness, but I surely would not recommend this company to anyone.

They did a great job. Sales person Jan helped with the design and the fence went very well with our house. She was very friendly and professional and most of all delivered. Our fence material is great and fence was installed very well. Other contractors visiting the house for other services allways comment on the quality of the install.

I called Precison fence shortly after the hurrican and received an estimate. I called them back in February and the estimate was still the same and they said it would be about two months before they could get to me which was fine with me. They gave me an estimate of April 20 and called early in the week and said they could put it up on the 20th. Very nice people to deal with and I am pleased with the work that was done.
