We bought everything as a package. With have had very good success with them. There were a lot of sales people walking around. They were very knowledgeable about the appliances we wanted to get. We dealt with this guy Rudy and he was just very, very informative. He didn't try to push one model over the other. We were able to make a right decision in all cases. We asked for him when we went back a couple of times and dealt with him a couple more times. They delivered, I guess they charged for that. They advertised a good deal. The store was close to where I used to work. I guess those were two factors. Plus once we got there we got good service, that contributed. They also have a good service department. We had trouble with the dishwasher and they supplied the necessary information to the manufacturer which resulted in not spinning that dishwasher replacement. Rudy got a new dishwasher which was much more reliable. The dishwasher we had to do, they came in and set up the refrigerator. The microwave was above the range so we had to do that. Well we sold that house, so we didn't have any problems up to that point. It was just a couple months ago when we sold it. Like I said the only problem that we did have was the dishwasher and that was replaced. My wife really persevered through that too. Rudy did supply the necessary information to make it happen.

We bought a T.V. there. We would recommend them to others.

They were great. I thought it was a very fair price as I expected it to be more. They were very professional in the store when I was picking the air conditioners out. They also had a very professional group that came out and did the installation. They were excellent and I would use them again.

IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. THIS COMPANY WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE TO ME. THE WORKER EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME, SO I WOULD BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM.
