Management was absolutely unprofessional, never called that technicians would be late, and were rude and discourteous when I called upset that they were 4 hours late and still had not arrived. Technicians, however, were polite and did a fair job. One room was done extremely well, but some areas on stairway and entrance needed additional work and are not satisfactory at all. Drying time was 24 hours, not the 2 - 4 hours that was quoted. Overall, not satisfied, but will take into consideration the carpeting did need a good cleaning. I believe if the cleaning crew had more time to do some areas more efficiently, I would be satisfied with the results. I would have paid extra to get a better result, but because of the very poor management and horrible customer service, do not think I would not use again.

Wanted to take the time to thank you for a job well done. Our carpets and area rugs look great! We never expected the spots in our entry way to come up like they did. It's nice doing business with a company that values their customers the way you do. Thank you for being so flexible with your schedule for us. We will definitely recommend our friends, neighbors, co-workers, etc. to NJ Steamers for their carpet cleaning.
