You really can't get any better. Being a photographer I have shopped around the city (many big cities at that) for good framers and it is hard to beat the service, expertise, quick turn-arounds and perfection that Art and frame express provides. I look at frames like a small piece of furniture that will be in my home forever on display so I want to make sure that it looks good. I love that they have the variety to offer so that I can budget when I want to, but also splurge when I want to. The young lady at the counter was very knowledgable and experienced. She showed me different examples of how that ticket and phot should be arranged and different frame designs. I would have just chosen a black frame and may but glad she suggested a Yankee pinstripe mat which she custom designed. The finished piece was better than expected and cost was very reasonable. I plan on bringing in more projects for them. I would also like to note how friendly and helpful they were throughout the process. I had a lot of questions and they took the time to explain everything to me.

Great place. My co-worker recommended this place and glad they did. I've done a lot of traveling from work past few years and collected lots of art and souvenirs. Wasn't sure what to do with them but knew I wanted them displayed. Each time I stop on, they have great ideas and fun to work with. The type of service they offer is very rare. They go above and beyond each time and really care about their work and customers. Price is great! Worth every penny, if not more!

I was very impressed by all their creative samples hanging in the shop. They seemed to do many shadowbox projects so I brought in a wooden souvenir from the DR to frame one day. They were very friendly and had many creative ideas. I was impressed by their selection of frames, we were able to find one almost the same finish of my souvenir and it came out PERFECT! I have received so many compliments on the frame design from all my guests and have recommended them to many of my friends already.

As a surprise for my wife I wanted to re-frame our wedding photo which we had previously gotten framed at Michaels. We were both never happy and thought it would be a nice gift. The girls at Art and Frame were very cheerful and great to work with. They were able to take measurements so that I could bring the frame back home so my wife wouldn't suspect anything. The total cost of the project was a fraction of what I had previously paid and my wife cried when she saw it. Our wedding photo now hangs in our family room instead hidden away in the bedroom where it once was. We constantly get compliments and how nicely it was done and asked where. We are both regulars there now and am impressed each time with their creativity and good work. I have recommended friends and they were pleased too.

EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL

Eugenia and her staff patiently helped us pick out frames and mats. They did take some artistic liberty with the matting for the lithograph - but in the end we are extremely pleased! The frames were delivered on time. Custom framing is expensive - but you get what you pay for. We would definitely use them again!!

Really pleased with the work they did. They had good ideas and wonderful service. There prices were very reasonable and was worth every cent. I did find them difficult to find because my GPS took me all over town. I would recommend calling to get directions first. Definately worth trying out.
