I am still finding, after 20 months of living here, where MHI failed.  This is a 3 bdrm ranch, in the last 2 bedrooms  the vents were never unsealed, so no heat or a/c was felt in those rooms.  Also, the electricity was faulty.  Every time more than 1outlet was in use the circuit breakers closed down.  These problems were told to the owner of MHI in the allowed punch list, but were ignored. I am having these conditions fixed at my expense.

I have spent $20,000 in the last year in just interest on my construction loans and I still do not have a home. Everything started out ok, but things seemed to change once they had my money. I am on my fourth project manager working on my property and there has been nothing but problems during the process. In the beginning David Cooper was very responsive, but after he received my money he was very hard to get ahold of, the quality, professionalism and overall job has gone down hill. I would never recommend him.
