There were several customers and one clerk. He handled us professionally one-by-one, carefully checking that we were reporting the correct problem by testing phone features.
He took my phone and said it could be a short as 2 hours but could be done by the end of the day. They took my cellphone number and promised to call me when it was ready. 2.5 hours later I called to see how things were going, and they said it was done already.
I picked it up shortly after that and saw that they did fix the screen. But they marked up the case. It had gauges on it next to the screen where they had messed up while trying to take it off.
Next time I will try to find another repair shop.
