 + -1 moreIt was good. The person who came name was Ralfi. He did a good job. He educated on what was needed and not needed.

 + -1 moreThe guy Rafi Footerman was nice but I had tough time explaining him to work as a buyers inspector more than as sellers realtor. For every defect I wanted him to put in his report, he would say its cosmetic and I cannot put it in the report. For example a door had a cutout in the bottom for the pet of the seller and I wanted him to put this into the report, he said its cosmetic. He was undoubtedly a nice guy, but didn't work according to my expectation at all. I had such a bad experience with him that I will never use him again.
Description of Work: Invited to perform regular home inspection for a buying a townhouse in Middlesex county.
