He is excellent!  We once had a situation were my daughter had CC isues and he allowed her to pay weekly to help her out.  Fair, Honest, and gives lots of options.

Broke down on Rt 1 and I had my car towed there and being not from the area I had to pick a place I did not know. I am very lucky I picked Lou's as they couldn't have been more helpful. They did a search to find my dealer will cover the entire cost. Without question I would go here again.

They changed my oil, replaced my head light, rotated my tires. Performed a 30 point check. I waited, whole process took about an hour to hour and half.

It's a wonderful shop. Lou (the owner) is usually on site. All the guys there are great and provide wonderful service. They find the problem and fix it. Prices are disclosed along the way, so you know what you're in for.

I have used them in the past and they have been fantastic. I have a range rover and whenever I take it to the dealer I had to replace something and it cost me much but when I went to them and they offered me a very reasonable alternative in replacing the whole system which save me about $2000 so I think they look at alternative to people in comparison to what deal you are going to do which is essentially they'll take part out and replace it. They do motor repairs. They don't just replace parts. The staff is polite, nice and professional. They offered alternatives that are great of saving and ndash; a considerable amount of money as far as I'm concerned.

They were very upfront about what needs to be done and when it needs to be done. And compared to the dealership their prices are very reasonable. They are very straightforward and honest about their work and prices.

They are unbelievable fabulous. They are very honest, do great work and very fair in their prices. I would highly recommend them!
