I would recommend Mr. Selvakumar Joseph to anyone who needs some work performed at their home or business. He worked on remodel of our two bathrooms. They provided great service to me. The project was top notch.

I would have to say my overall experience with Mr. Selvakumar was five stars out of five stars because of their excellent customer service. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.!â

I cannot recommend Joseph or Liberty Tech Builders to anyone. It is difficult to find a good handyman/contractor but I was hoping Joseph would be the exception. I was very disappointed. He failed on multiple points: lack of respect, integrity, and empathy. I let Joseph schedule the day/time to do the work. He chose Monday at 11:30 am. I moved furniture, items, etc. before he was to arrive. 2) 10:16 am: He texts that he will see me at 2pm. No apology, no reason, did not check if that was ok with my schedule. 3) 2:36 pm: Joseph failed to show up at HIS new time of 2pm. 4) I had important errands to run and now I have to cancel my plans. 5) Joseph shows up late (~3 pm) Again, no apology, reason or acknowledgment. 6) He removes his face mask in my home. I get that it is uncomfortable but there is a pandemic. Let us show a little respect for our health. 7) Rushed me when I went to check out his **completed work**. 8) He leaves but later I see that the shower is still leaking. Pretty sloppy. 9) He replies that he will **come and check it out later**. No definite time, never checked if ok with my schedule or if I would be around. 10) I am out doing stuff and he calls that he is at my house. My girlfriend was not expecting him and does not feel comfortable letting him in. I have to rush back so he can fix his sloppy job. 11) He never stated his payment terms. In fact, I had to take initiative in almost every interaction. I texted if he accepts other online payment methods. He replied **yes**. 12) I send a payment. Turns out, he is not registered for so now I have to stop what I am doing, call my bank (slow as molasses), cancel the payment and enter new info to pay him. I asked for a receipt, which was not emailed to me yet (not sure if it was mailed). I did my best to honor my end and make his life as easy as possible. He did the complete opposite. He did not respect my time, did not properly check his work and never expressed any concern for inconveniencing me. Hire him at your own risk.

Liberty Tech was a very knowledgeable crew. They were very approachable and were able to create what we asked for in our basement. They stuck to the timeline and were very friendly. I would absolutely recommend them for your next home improvement project. They are ready to take on any project big or small.

This company is in the learning phase and does not know what the hell they are doing. Do not use them - it will be a waste of your money. They do very clumsy work and insist on getting paid in cash. They are very messy and wreck stuff in your house. Stay away from this guy who likes to boast about all the charity work he does - with the money he takes from people for work not done or rather, poorly done. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We are glad we found them. They do fast and neat work.

We had a problem of a raccoon hiding in our attic and going in and out of it. Mr.Selvakumar Joseph fixed the roof by installing a metallic sheet and putting shingles on the roof. So, we got the hole in the roof closed. We've never had problems with roof ever since.
