Of the four staging professionals I interviewed, only Sonia listened and understood what I wanted from the staging of the house we were selling. Her advice to replace dated lighting fixtures with contemporary ones - that included links to specific products - and paint color suggestions for the entire house proved invaluable. We had an offer on the house within the month of putting it on the market. The furniture moving crew she works with was punctual and careful with the home's floors and walls. The installation and removal went off without a hitch. Working with Sonia was a pleasure from start to finish.
