The original sink was very old and an odd size and shape. Izzy went to great lengths to find a reasonably priced replacement so the existing countertop and vanity could be used.

There was a very slow drip from the valve when I called, so I agreed that it could wait for a day or two. He came the next afternoon along with one assistant. At that time he gave me an estimate for replacing the valve, and also an estimate to replace the (very old) toilet. I wanted to discuss the choices with my husband before deciding. I appreciated being given the options and the information without feeling too pushed. After the weekend, I got back in touch with him with our decision, and he came the next day for do the work. The whole thing was relatively quick, and dealing with him was straightforward.
One final note: he did charge $40 for the first visit, but when he came back to do the work, he applied that to the final bill.

They did a really good job. They were quick and did a really nice job. They were real fast and they came right on time. They were very good with everything. They were polite and professional and they did the work real nice. The quality of work was real good and the drain goes down really fast in the back and we haven't had any floods down there since then. They did the drain from the backyard to the middle and then they did it from there all the way through to the front entrance. They came right on time and they were very polite and very nice. They didn't complain about moving anything.

My water heater was leaking. Izzy told me how to minimize the leak over the phone before even taking my information. He was very friendly and personable, fit me into his schedule the same day! He was right on time and cleaned up the place after work was completed. On top of that he gave me some helpful tips on how to prevent problems in the future! Izzy was referred to me by my friends who only use him for all his plumbing/heating issues. Just two weeks after I found out that my co worker spent $1,300 on replacing his water heater (I reconmmended Izzy, too bad it was a little too late). I am so glad I now have a reliable plumber I can count on!! Overall I am very satisfied with his work, he knows what he is doing, cares about his customers and takes the time to do the job right.
