Although I found Mr. Morio through another contractor my mother knew well, I was extremely disappointed. I went through elementary, middle and high school with Mr. Morio and didn't know him too well but made the assumption that he would do a good job at my mother's house. He coincidentally charged my mother the exact amount she was given by the insurance company for water damage in the house. My mother -- who at the time had stage IV cancer but was not yet diagnosed and has since died -- must have blurted out the amount to Mr. Morio. I suspect that because it was so odd he charged her the same amount she received. He was supposed to return and finish sealing up (spackling) the holes in some of the ceilings but never came back. It's too bad he treated a dying woman this way. And to think he and I attended a Catholic elementary school together.
Description of Work: Mr. Morio replaced some roof shingles, installed a small attic fan and started to seal up holes in different ceilings in the house damaged by water.
