I was inquiring about a certified suv, the sales person made me stand for 20min in the parking lot and did not came back. Finally, I went back in the show room to trace him and found him relaxing and enjoying coffee with his colleague. I requested him that he should have at least informed me if he was not interested to show me the certified car. He became furious and passed a racial remarks. Even the Showroom manager ignored my complaint and feedback. Painful experience.

Not so good :(
They did not finish the job on the date that was promised. Took them FOREVER to get the parts from Chicago ( that's what I was told...who knows) and gave me the car back without cleaning the interior. There is grease on my leather seats. The front Windshield has grease stains on them. They had to take out the front console to do the repair. After the repair the radio buttons are now sticky and I am not able to program the stations. Even though Mr. John Lieber in Service seemed like a nice guy but I doubt that he personally paid any attention to my complains. I took the car back for them to clean and it was still the same. I thought I could trust them but I guess ALL the DEALERS are the same. They all have an agenda to sell certain number of services in a day to generate more revenue for the dealership.
