Edison was timely in returning and fixing the issues but it should not have happened in the first place.

Description of Work: They replaced my AC system. The work was done in one day and the experience was excellent. The sales rep, Mark, was courteous and not high pressure; he explained the service clearly and answered all my follow-up questions. The techs were prompt, worked cleanly and diligently. They demonstrated my new thermostat and were congenial and professional. One even touched up the paint on the side of my house where he had to remove the old shield for the tubing and wiring! I would highly recommend Edison Cooling and Heating Service and will use them going forward for maintenance of the system.

Description of Work: Edison replaced two AC condensers, and placed new coils in our old furnaces. We were uncertain exactly how much work we wanted done, but they measured the house needs very carefully, and came back with a recommendation to replace the two ACs but not the same-age furnaces. We had four estimates from four different providers (hard to compare prices because the equipment was different), but Edison impressed us the most with their detailed analysis and recommendation regarding our needs. They saw some unusual features of our situation that other providers had missed, which was what most impressed us. Their salespeople were quite low-key and seemed extremely knowledgeable. The installers themselves were hard-working, pleasant, and cleaned up well after themselves. They removed not only the old equipment but a couple of large items we were unable to move ourselves. It's only been a week since installation, but so far the installation itself went very smoothly, and the ACs have worked well. We called a number of prior customers and received high recommendations for Edison. We were very pleased, and would use them again.

Ustomer doesn't stay without basic necessities for even a day. |They were proffessional and guy Ryan who visited me same day to provide quote was proffessional and didn't tried to over sell or push for expensive products.
