"We are sorry that you were not happy with the response time for your repair. The equipment you purchased came with a 12 month standard warranty plus a 5 year extended warranty if installed by a Factory Trained Spacepak Installer. Our Comfort Advisor came to your home and documented the installation and determined that it was not properly installed and therefore the standard warranty would apply. If you found another contractor perhaps the original installer to ignore the Factory Guidelines and offer an extended warranty this would explain why they offered a less expensive repair. Our repair quote included the purchase of the coil from the manufacturer. It is the policy here at Edison Heating & Cooling never to intervene between another contractor and the manufacturer. Our Comfort Advisor should have informed you of this during your phone conversations. Your review is unfair and does not tell the entire story. It took multiple calls to the manufacturer before we made the decision not to offer a warranty on your part or get involved in your dispute. Edison Heating & Cooling always provides a professional evaluation for both the customer and manufacturer and is very well respected in our industry. We are sorry you did not get the result that you wanted but that is not the fault of Edison Heating & Cooling but that of your original installing contractor."

"I am sorry that your appointment was not scheduled as fast as you requested. We usually mail out post cards early in the season to help avoid such a conflict. Our priorty is always a customer in a no heat or air conditioning situation and during extreem weather conditions our mainitenance visits are scheduled when the appointmnets are available. Our services are always in very high demand especially when discount offers are available. We will work harded to do better next time."
