Just had a new HVAC and furnace installed. Dan Weber was the first person to come and present the entire product and program available. Very thorough and we decided to look no further with getting other estimates. I\Edison was a referral from my daughter in law and was very satisfied. The paperwork was thorough including a 7 year pay out thru JCPL. The installation from start to finish was approx 4 hours. The 3 techs were Dave N, Tim & Christian. I've used Edison Heating and Cooling for maintenance and repairs for going on 8 years, without a complaint. At this point, we needed a new system and priced out systems with Edison and another large company in the area. After doing our research, we felt Edison offered a better product for basically the same price. We are totally pleased with the one day instalation, the quality of the work and the dealings with all Edison staff involved. Dan was our salesperson, Dave was the installation manager, Pat and Don did the install. There was no question too "dumb" and a good bit of time was taken at the end to discuss filters, the care for the humidifier (which is totally new for us), and everything else. I would recommend this company for all sevices, repairs and installs , based on my long history and most current experience.

Have been using Edison for four years. We like them very much. Their technicians are excellent. They do very good work and charge a fair price, in our opinion. When we replace our older heating and air conditioning units, we will most likely buy from them because we trust them.

I originally called the company to get a quote for adding central AC to my existing system and the morning before my appointment my heater broke. It just happened to be the coldest day of the year so we ended up getting a whole new furnace plus central AC. From Tuesday to Thursday of the same week everything was completed. Our comfort adviser Matt was upfront and honest about all the work being done as well as the cost for all the work. We were a little skeptical getting a new AC in the winter since we wouldn't be able to try it out right away but the company followed procedures to make sure that the cooling system would work. Coming into the heat wave this year me and my wife are beyond pleased with our new system. Also, there was an issue during the winter with the furnace shutting down and restarting and the company sent some guys out to fix the problem and they were able to take care of it within a few days. I wasn't able to get a quote from other companies but most of the people I talked to said the price was competitive.

I am 100% satisfied with my overall experience with Edison Heating & Cooling, the system works great!!! The installation went very well, the technicians were on time, very professional and very neat. I will most certainly use this company again for installation and service. I even received a call the very next day to make sure everything went okay!!!

We had an AC system installed by another company 4 years ago, but have had recent cooling problems. We called Edison HC early summer for a repair service and the tech suggested that we had a coolant leak and charged $400 to conduct a dye test. The recommendation was that the dye would need time to circulate within the system and to call them in 60 days to come back to review. Scheduling that next call was ridiculous with their customer service team and I finally had to ask for a supervisor in a different department just to schedule the follow-up. When they did come to check on their dye test ($291 for second service call), they found 4 leaks and said that a quote would be forthcoming from the office to make the repairs. I had to make 3 follow up calls to get the quote - $3463 to replace an evaporator coil. I asked for a 'comfort advisor' to come to the house to explain what they intended to do and he spent 30 minutes describing how my original install was flawed and the best alternative was to replace the entire system - he ballparked it at $18,000. He was supposed to follow up with a formal quote and promised to contact the manufacturer to see if the evaporator coil could be under warranty. Three phone calls later, I only received a voicemail from him saying that the manufacturer wouldn't honor a warranty and that it would be best to go ahead and replace the entire system, but I never heard from the company again. I called another company for another opinion, they contacted the manufacturer and have installed the evaporator coil under warranty and only charged $2000 for installation. I tried to give these folks the benefit of doubt, but I'd recommend searching for alternatives.

Edison Heating & Cooling (1) gave me the best price on the equipment installed, (2) sent in all the rebate forms, (3) sent in all the warranty ang guarantee forms, (4) answered all questions with professionalism and courtesy, (5) installed everything on the promised date, (6) removed all old equipment, and (7) cleaned up. In addition, they provided me with a 6 year interest free monthly payoff plan through Carrier/Wells Fargo.

They came right away. It was $99 for the emergency visit. It was an excellent job. It didn't require any parts. He just did the repair for the emergency visit. These guys were phenomenal. It was a very fair price for phenomenal quality.

The whole experience was perfect from start to finish. I received several estimates for the job. Edison H&C was the cheapest by several hundred dollars. On top of that, they covered permit costs and installed a larger, more efficient system than I was quoted from competitors. Our sales rep, Ryane Sweeney answered all of my questions (about 10 e-mails worth over a few days) within an hour of me asking them. The installation guys were great too. Clean, punctual and respectful. Highly recommended.

We dealt with Dan Motola. He was very professional. He returned all calls in a timely matter. He gave us a quote, and said they would match any lower quote, that we got. Not only did he honor that commitment, he gave us better units, than we were getting with other quotes. The 2 man crew showed up on time, and worked until the job was committed. I was walked through the work done, and shown how to operate the humidifier and the new thermostat, that was put in. I would use them again, and recommend them.

The service is good. When you call to do the maintenance, they will give you two months from the date, and that's not good. We pay annually, and it includes heating, cooling, and de-humidifier.

The sales person was great. Didn't try to sell us anything and just gave us an estimate for relocating the condenser. The work was scheduled, EH&C called the day before to let me know the time the installers will be arriving. On the day the work was supposed to be done the installers didn't show up at the time they were supposed to. 1 hr later I called and was told a new time they will be showing up. The installation went fine. The work is good and the price was competitive. I would call them again for HVAC work.

I did a lot of research before selecting a contractor and system, and Edison offered me the system i wanted for an en extremely competitive price - utilizing the Carrier Infinity system. I was able to schedule the work at a date of my choosing, and all work was completed in one day. They took care of permits, equipment, start-up, training, rebates and even came back to re-locate my thermostat at my request, for no additional charge. I would absolutely recommend them.

Very well. They took care of permits, I just had to schedule a post installation inspection with the township.

Excellent work. For all the vents added and heat pumps added, there was no clean-up, plastering or painting required. Designed outside piping and units so that it minimized any change in the exterior of the home.

Excellent experience. Ryan, our sales rep was great from the get go willing to be flexible around hours that worked for me and willing to come a few times for follow-up questions. The technicians that installed the units were also very professional and punctual. They came to our house as expected, took care of everything in a timely manner, and patiently answered every question any family member had about the units. In addition, we had a few different companies come by to provide estimates with Edison Heating and Cooling being very competitive and provided a far better product than some other large competitors. Even after the work was done, we had a few follow-up questions, which were responded to promptly with a technician coming by to check the units and provide any clarification we needed. I was highly satisfied with the service from beginning to end and would strongly recommend contacting them if you're considering getting new heating or cooling units.

We've used them again. They came over as soon as they could. Since the furnace wasn't working, that was really nice. They checked out what was going wrong and they fixed it.

After trying to diagnose the problem of where and what the noise was at the end turned out to be something very minor and easy to stop. Technician was good and polite and tried many different possible things till eventually he figured it out and was a simple fix Would recommend highly and fair pricing

They arrived on time in the morning and noted the system replacement would be completed by the end of the day. The team consisted of two technicians and got to work immediately. They were very organized and quiet in their work. They checked with me throughout the course of the day to be sure work was satisfactory and advising me of a few modifications that were required. I have been using Edison for about 30 years now. They have always been a reliable company with excellent service. I have recommended them numerous times over this time period to friends and neighbors without regret.

The technician was professional, and diagnosed and repaired the problem. He was friendly and responded to my questions courteously.

AC stopped working out of the blue on a 90 degree day. Called up Edison Heating and Cooling, they were able to send someone out within an hour! The issue was a broken capacitor, which they had in stock and replaced right away. Really happy with their response time and service. Price seemed a little on the higher side since it was a 10 min task and the part costs like $20, but considering it was sunday afternoon, I was OK with it. They were very professional and courteous. Would use again.

Technician Bill came by and did a thorough cleaning in the furnace, checked the ground, and other things. He explained a lot of the parts in the furnace to me and answered my questions. He suspected it might be the control panel but it seemed to be running ok while he was there. We decided to let it go for 48 hours and see what happens. Bill touched base with me in 48 hours and I let him know it was running ok. It's now April and it's been running ok as-is : ) I appreciated Bill's attention to detail, willingness to teach me about the furnace parts, and his follow up with me. I will use them again for my heating/cooling needs.
