Description of Work: was not happy. Tried to sell unnecessary overpriced AC/Furnace. On top of that used scar tactics claiming one of the furnaces was breaking down and could cause leaks. Was determined to be not that case by PSE&G and another company later.

Description of Work: Replaced furnace and A/C unit. Also installed new water heater. They were prompt for a home visit and estimate. They gave estimates for several systems and options but did not try to sell something bigger than I needed. Their estimate was indeed the final price, no hidden or add on costs. The installers were prompt, courteous, and professional. They took great pains to keep carpeting clean and the work area neat when finished. They guarantee their work will pass city inspectors, which has not yet occurred. I will use their service in the future and would recommend them without hesitation.

Description of Work: They did not do anything just charged me for nothing. |This winter my HVAC broke and call for emergency to fix it quickly, called them in morning and got a appointment at evening, the guy came and said need to replace one of the fan, as my system was old they said it needed to be order it online which will arrive after 3-4 days, i asked him can you do temp fixed till the part arrives, he said he cannot do anything and not even tried to look for any fix and charged me $100 , i canceled the order got a local guys , who said same thing need to order it online but fixed temp for 3-4 days so my heater at least ran till the new parts arrived, i would not go with them again or recommend.

Description of Work: I was given a window from 8 AM till 12 noon for the serviceman to show up. At 10 minutes of 12 I received a call from one of the service receptionists stating that the technician was running about 20 minutes late. At 1 PM which he was a full hour late I called since still wasn't there. Same service girl then told me she wasn't sure when he would be able to get to my house. He showed up close to three almost 3 hours late. I used a full paid vacation day was completely wasted waiting for him. Technician himself was thorough and professional, I will say that._x000D_|The receptionist girl was completely unhelpful. The poor grade I'm giving is due to the fact that they had no regard for my time.

Description of Work: Bought the $79 A/C tune-up. Tech took about an hour checking everything out. Found no issues. Did mention I'm using the old R-22 so it will be expensive to repair in the future.

Description of Work: Company is too busy to reply to my email. When I called, they can't send anyone out for at least 2 more weeks. I need to have my broken A/C fixed sooner that that.

Description of Work: We had a company (with whom we had a service contract) provide us an estimate for a broken blower that was almost $400 more than Edison quoted. The other company also aggressively pushed for us to get a new heater when the person from Edison said we could probably go a few more years (although not guaranteed). It was a much better sales experience. My only concern was that other companies included labor at a fixed rate whereas Edison charges hourly; however Edison still came in almost $400 under the other contractors' prices who had flat rates (and this includes coming out to the house multiple times). Also, the original replacement blower Edison installed was warped and they needed another component. Although I would still request a quote from multiple contractors, I would definitly be willing to use them again.
