Culligan Water Conditioning of Edison NJ

I called it in on Tuesday saying water is yellow & I need service. A tech came Wednesday around 4 said needs parts. The parts are in west orange so couldn't come till Friday. Today he comes & needs more parts so maynot get fixed till Monday. From what I know Culligan in NJ is not company owned anymore.I just don't understand in this day & age a part can be shipped overnight & it can't be fixed till Monday. And here I thought it was 24 hr emergency service. I guess you find out how good a company is only when something gets broken , not when I spent all the money for a commercial system as my water is very bad. I wish I had stayed with someone local

They were prompt and courteous. They did exactly what they said they would do. The quote they gave was the actual charge.

They were okay. They were a little more expensive otherwise they were fine. I think they are reliable. They are sort of well known. They are a well known brand.

They were fantastic, the local sales rep was great and easy to work with. They gave us great explanations of the work that would be performed. They were very clean when they arrived and they were able to finish the installation in less time than expected. The softener is working great and seems to be doing what they said it would do. My dishes are clean and I'm not mad when I unload the dishwasher any more.

They came right away, did a great job explaining the unit. They cut into my line, bypassed the drinking system and sprinkler system. They were very neat and efficient. I also purchased their delivery and maintenance service.
