COUNTRY CLUB LAWNS

They played a lot of games with me on the phone. They're gimmick is to be very professional on the phone while not actually addressing your concerns. One tech I dealt with was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He admitted the tech that was working my lawn failed to adequately manage. When I contacted the office I was gently rebuffed on over 10 occasions. When I spoke to a manager he was curt and dismissive. He refused to give me anything other than his first name. He assured me that I would no longer be billed but was not given anything in writing; they do not use email, at all. Of course, months later the bill for those services arrives. We were referred to this company by friends who seemed pleased, but I am just frustrated and angry at their flippancy with regards to my inquiries. It put a very bad taste in my mouth and I WOULD NOT recommend. There are plenty of lawn care companies, I'm sure you can find one that cares at least an iota about their customers.

Lawn looks good.

They do the spraying and leave a note whether to water the lawn. He is through in keeping the lawn looking nice. He would take a leaf blower and clean the place. He would leave a white flag as an indication for me and others that it is chemically treated.

They have made my lawn look truly GREAT my neighbors and family have commented about how good the lawn looks.  They are very responsive and provide excellent information on how to keep the lawn looking healthy.  I have used other services in the past but they seem to be the best i have used.

The work will begin soon, we know their work because our neighbor has used them for twenty years, no concerns about their professional service. Yes, the grass is greener on the other side, but we will catch up with our neighbor with their assistance.

They were helpful and took the time to explain their service. The price for 6 treatments a year was very reasonable especially if you prepay for the year, which I took advantage of. I saved 50-55 dollars on the total costs then paying for each treatment. They're very responsive and knowledgeable. Each time they come out they leave a small flag in the front yard along with a letter and statement/invoice indicating the type of treatment applied. They have completed 2 treatments to date and it's been a good experience so far.

They come 6 or 7 times a year. The work is excellent and we don't have a problem. They are reliable. We have a dog so we have them call to let us know that they are coming so we can have the dog in the house. They do it all the time. We've been using them for 10 years and we chose them originally because of the price. We are not sure how their pricing compares now.

Before Country Club Lawns I tried to treat my yard myself, with not much success! A friend recommended Country Club a few years ago and the change has been amazing! My lawn is thick and lush and if I ever have a problem, one phone call takes care of everything! Carlos is the person who usually does the treatments and is so very nice. As is Charlotte, the wonderful person who calls to schedule my treatments. Both are wonderful employees! Having Country Club Lawns take care of my lawn has been worth every penny!

We've been using this company for over 15 years and are very happy with them.

I LIKE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY CONTACT YOU BEFORE THEY COME OUT SO YOU CAN HAVE LEAVES OR OTHER THINGS PICKED UP. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR MANY YEARS. SOMETIMES THEY ARE HARD TO GET A HOLD OF, BECAUSE THEIR ANSWERING MACHINE IS NOT ALWAYS WORKING.

THEIR PRICE IS PRETTY FAIR. THEY COME AUTOMATICALLY, SO I HAVE NO TROUBLE AT ALL GETTING THEM TO SHOW UP. I HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THE WAY MY LAWN HAS LOOKED.

THEY PROVIDE EXCELLENT SERVICE. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, KEEP ALL SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS AND ARRIVE ON TIME. THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB ON THE LAWN.

OVERALL, THEY ARE A GOOD COMPANY. THEY COME ON A SCHEDULE AND ALWAYS SHOW UP. THEY ARE NOT VERY EXPENSIVE. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR A FEW YEARS. I AM HAPPY WITH THE WAY THE LAWN LOOKS IN THE END.

I LIKE THIS COMPANY. THEY KEEP EVERYTHING LOOKING NICE. THEY HAVE ALWAYS CHARGED ME THE SAME PRICE EACH TIME THEY COME OUT. SOMETIMES THEY SHOW UP A LITTLE LATE, BUT THEY ALWAYS DO A REALLY GOOD JOB.

WE HAVE THEM COME ABOUT 6 TIMES A YEAR. WE HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THEM AND THEY JUST COME BY WHEN THEY THINK IT IS TIME TO HAVE A TREATMENT. THEY ARE VERY DEPENDABLE AND ALWAYS DO A GOOD JOB.

THEY WERE A VERY GOOD COMPANY. THEY ALWAYS GIVE ME A CALL THE DAY BEFORE THEY COME OUT TO DO ANYTHING WITH MY LAWN. THEY ARE A VERY GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH.

THEY GIVE VERY THOROUGH ESTIMATES AND STAY WITHIN THOSE QUOTES. THEY EXPLAIN WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND WHY IT NEEDS TO BE DONE. THEY ARE VERY TRUSTWORTHY. WE HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME AND HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THEM TO OTHERS.

I THINK THAT THEY DO GREAT WORK. MY LAWN ALWAYS LOOKS GREAT. THEY GIVE ME A GREAT PRICE. THEY COME RIGHT AWAY WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO AND I THINK THEY ARE PRETTY GOOD.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD. THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO, AND THAT IS REALLY ALL I NEED THEM FOR. THEY ARE RESPONSIVE, AND IF I HAVE ANY PROBLEMS THEY WILL COME BACK. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD AT THEIR WORK. THEY CAME AT APPROPRIATE TIMES AND WERE PROFESSIONAL AT THEIR JOB. THEY DIDN'T PATRONIZE US. THEY CAME TO TERMS WITH US ON WHAT WE THOUGHT WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

I HAVE ONLY USED THIS COMPANY FOR TWO YEARS. I FEEL MY LAWN COULD LOOK BETTER, BUT WHEN I MENTION THIS TO THEM THEY POINT OUT THAT I DON'T HAVE THE FULL SERVICE PACKAGE, SO IT'S OUT OF THEIR HANDS.

WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK AND PRICES. THEY STARTED OFF BY GIVING US A GOOD ESTIMATE. THEN THEY STAYED WITHIN THE QUOTE. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID AND HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE IN OUR AREA.
