I was on the phone with them for 25 minutes with a Rep that kept apologizing but continue to tell me that it wasn't there fault either. So, in other terms, the consumer should pay the price for faulty advertisement. I would not order from them again. Unbelievable that they are willing to loose a first time customer over $34 refund due to another website listing false coupons for them and having the consumer pay the price.
PLEASE LET YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY KNOW. We, the consumers, have to work together to stop all the internet companies from taking advantage of us because we can't go to there actual store to fight for our RIGHTS.
