 + -1 moreI was on the phone with them for 25 minutes with a Rep that kept apologizing but continue to tell me that it wasn't there fault either. So, in other terms, the consumer should pay the price for faulty advertisement. I would not order from them again. Unbelievable that they are willing to loose a first time customer over $34 refund due to another website listing false coupons for them and having the consumer pay the price. PLEASE LET YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY KNOW. We, the consumers, have to work together to stop all the internet companies from taking advantage of us because we can't go to there actual store to fight for our RIGHTS.
Description of Work: (Another internet company take advantage of consumers!!!!) I am tried of theses internet companies take our money and not providing the service they promise. I purchased decoration for my daughter's 1st birthday from COSTUME SUPERCENTER (www.costumesupercenter.com) and had found a coupon on RETAIL-ME-NOT for free 2day shipping on orders of $70. ... HOWEVER, Costume Supercenter charged me with a $34 for 2day shipping and wont refund me. They are claiming that they are not associated with ReatailMeNot who has several coupons for them list on there website. (Very unfair for the consumer to have to fork over their money because of false advertising) PLEASE PASS THE WORD AROUND AND LET OTHER PEOPLE KNOW THIS COMPANY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED nor SHOULD YOU TRUST THE COUPONS ON REATAILME NOT. They need to feel the hurt in there pockets like the customers feel every time they tick us with false advertisements.

Description of Work: Ordered a costume on 10-13-08 and was promised delivery in 4 days. I have not received the item and can not get in contact with anyone from the company. I do have a dispute with the online payment company in reference to the payment. I have left several messages for someone to call back and still have not heard from them. I'm not sure if this company is even real.
