 + -1 moreTHEY WERE GOOD BUT SLOW. IT TOOK THEM 3 MONTHS TO GET THE COMPUTER BACK SO WE WERE ANNOYED ABOUT THAT BUT HAPPY WITH THE OVERALL OUTCOME. IF THEY HAD BEEN MORE COMMUNICATIVE ABOUT THE TIMEFRAME THEY WOULD NEED IT WOULD HAVE MADE THEM LOOK BETTER.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE SCREEN ON A LAPTOP.

 + -1 moreI THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND VERY HELPFUL WHILE I WAS IN THE STORE. THEY WERE VERY COOPERATIVE AND NICE. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS FINE. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT THEY DIDN'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE. YOU HAVE TO GO OVER THERE, WHICH IS A PAIN IN THE NECK.

 + -1 moreI WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. THE WAITING PERIOD WAS REASONABLE. I THINK THAT THE PRICE WAS QUITE FAIR. THE WORK WAS DONE PRETTY QUICK TOO. I WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK THERE IF SOMETHING ELSE GOES WRONG WITH MY COMPUTER.
Description of Work: I HAD THE HARD DRIVE IN MY COMPUTER REPLACED.
