All American Bath Tub & Tile Reglazing

HE CAME ON TIME AND WAS VERY HELPFUL.. HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING AND I WOULD DEFINITLEY CALL THEM AGAIN

Came and finished on time.

He seemed to think it was OK to cancel on a Sunday night for a Monday appointment and was confused when I told him it cost me a vacation day.  I can't just show up to work when I have a vacation day scheduled!

Two tubs were reglazed and things went well for a while.  One tub peeled still within the 5 year warranty.  I called Mr. Timinsky repeatedly to come in and do good on the warranty.  He never answered my calls, despite several telephone messages.  The last time I called him, I left a message telling him that I was keeping track of the number of unanswered messages I left in his voice mailbox.  He eventually called me back and came in and reglazed the tub.  About a year and a half later, still within the 5 year warranty, the same tub peeled in a different spot.  I called him and went through the same situation as the first time.  He eventually called back and apologized for taking so long to call me back ( a couple of weeks). He said he was going to look at his schedule and call me back--that was about two months ago.  The warranty is still in effect, but I gave up trying to deal with this individual.  I would rather pay someone else to come in and fix what this unprofessional guy could not do.

Bobby Timinski re-glazed all the tiles and the tub at my house in February 2010 for $600.  Work wasn't perfect but it was ok.  In October of 2011 I noticed in the bottom of the tub the paint was bubbling.  I call Bobby leaving a general message stating to give me a call saying nothing about the paint bubbling, he called back that same day.  Once i told him the tub needs warranty work his tone changed and he said he would call me back to schedule the repair.  Few weeks went by so I call him again and left message but nothing.  As of today i've left him and email several time without a response.  Today is November 17th 2011 and I now need to hire someone to fix his mess.  I had a 5 year warranty on the work but obviously the warranty is useless.  I would never hire this guy or any company he's associated with.
