Awful? Just find somebody, anybody else. A well trained primate even without opposable thumbs and ha fallen from a tree canopy as a toddler would do a better job. They flooded my basement. Claimed to have before and after pictures and when I pressed them remarkably they could not or would not produce them. Scott, Michael and Eddie - 2 of whom are and 1 in the escalation department are stooges. Actually that does Mo, Larry, and Curly a bad name. They don?t listen, don?t care. And I promise their policy is deny, deny, deny; followed by ignore, deny; ignore, deny. I blame myself for ever calling them; it was simply desperation. Use my experience as a lesson to avoid. P.S. Chris and Orlando were the techs that came out to replace our water heater that died out after 12 years. They were wonderful. Chris and Orlando showed up on time, were friendly, polite and professional (not an easy task as our heater is in the garage and the temperature outside was in the low 20s - which made our garage very chilly). They were even able to finish up earlier than they estimated. It was a pleasure dealing with both Chris and Orlando. I would definitely recommend them and your company. 5 gold stars for Chris and Orlando!

BEWARE SCAMMERS Sign contract with Lowe's to have an ~ $800 water heater legally installed for $1, 305. 1800heaters called ahead and said they like to use certain unions so my wife got them at Lowes but he didn't want to use those so he charged us an extra $250 for a pr of $40 shark bite connectors, that was my first clue. And being the nice guy I am I already had the old water heater empty when he got there! It wasn't 5 minutes after he left the new water heater was spitting water out the overflow, took him a month to put an expansion tank on it should have been done at install and then he charged me $237 for that and Lowes even told him they were paying for it!!! BEWARE SCAMMERS SCAMMERS OWNER WANTED INFORMATION AND I SENT IT TO HIM WEEKS AGO BUT HE NEVER GETS BACK TO YOU!!!

I went to Lowes and got a Hot Water Heater and they had this company install it. 1-800-Heaters charged me $1800 to install a $1299 Water Heater. They scammed me and said the plumber was $1100 for 1 hour of work and socked me $700 more for a few small parts that i could had gotten at Lowes for $150. Do not use this company. I will tell everyone i know about this experience so they will avoid getting ripped off like me.

This company is an absolute scam. When they estimated the cost for my heater repair, they quoted me around $1,700 and said, at most, it could increase by $100. However, at the end of the job, they handed me paperwork listing the total as $2,400?without ever mentioning an additional $700 charge. Thankfully, I caught it before signing and confronted the technician. After some back and forth, I called the company, and we agreed to stick to the original price. I thought the issue was resolved, but two weeks later, they charged my card for the additional amount anyway. When I called to dispute it, they claimed the original price conversation never happened. This company will either sneak in hidden charges or blatantly try to overcharge you. Beware!

1-800-Heaters was contracted through Home Depot Home Servcies to install the water heater at my home. I told the installers that we just had new carpet installed in the basement within the last month so to be extra careful. When they removed the old water heater they dropped rust and water all over my carpeted basement steps. They then attempted to clean it with a vacumm and some wetting agent that just scrubbed the rust into the carpet. Thet also damaged mt doorjamb on the base ment door and scrathed my harwood floors leading to the basement. Do not use this service. Call a reputabl plumber. You might pay a couple of hundred dollars more but trust me it will be worth it.

800 Heaters did a great job for me and truly stand behind their work. They are punctual, professional, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. Specifically would like to call out Rick who did a fabulous job today. Very good technician, really knows what he's doing.

Though I placed order on Dec 12th they didn t have my info in their system and they asked me to pay by check and didn t want to take my credit card. Service was nice and smooth and they didn t charge me anything extra.

Rebecca provided a wealth of information and made sure that all was in order, while Jermaine managed the installation professionally and quickly! I would recommend a more streamlined process for submitting photos to the Company before the work commences, but would heartily recommend 1 800 Heaters, Inc.

They did a great job

Rebecca was the sales agent I came in contact with, and she was extremely helpful and diligent in handling my request for a water heater replacement. I had a number of questions and concerns by handling each one of them. For an issue with the height and final installation, she deferred to her supervisor and immediately emailed me back with an answer. Her followup over a few days was extremely commendable. Connor was the installer - he was meticulous in his work, courteous, and kept me informed for issues he thought might exist but were solvable.

The service was a 5star service from start to finish.
