PANGIONE DEVELOPERS INC

We started work after the Fourth of July and our second floor was completely taken off the house and redone.  The footprint was the same on the first floor but redone to make an open concept.  Pangione was completely professional, fast and efficient.  We were back in our house in 13 weeks and could not have been happier.  Every step was handled immediately.  He directed us to some great vendors for the pieces we had to pick out from the countertops, cabinets and flooring to the fireplace, siding and steps.  We were very happy to have such a beautiful house in the end to come home to.  
We had interviewed other developers, but no one showed us the passion for his work like Dave did.  Our town inspectors told us that they were very impressed with the work because they went above and beyond securing beams, joists and really giving us a quality product that you just don't find in many contractors today.  
We felt secure in having Dave managing the job.  He really made sure everything was on schedule and that every day something was being done to get us back in the house in the shortest amount of time.  

From initial contact to job completion Pangione was excellent. Initial phone call was returned promptly, estimate given, contract signed, & plans drawn up all in timely manner. Started on schedule. Pangione was on target with both estimate and schedule. During the renovation we were kept abreast of the work that was to be done for the current week. Staff and subs were very professional. Owner was hands on and professional. Subs and inspections were well coordinated. Property was always cleaned up after day's work. Very satisfied with the completed work.
