I use FastFrame all the time. He's very knowledgeable and a graduate of The School of Visual Arts. He's really talented visually, so he can help you make choices. He would help you to come up with the most creative or attractive ways to mat and frame a photograph. I've gotten to be a friend of his and sometimes he gets a little overwhelmed and is not as punctual as he could be.
