"The Facts: Mr. [Member Name Removed] made a purchase on 4/10/2015 as far we know for more than three years a satisfied customer He requested and received a complimentary service 10/20/17 We replaced a drip rail (a consumable not covered under warranty) at no charge He called in August of 2018 three years and four months after initial purchase demanding to receive service at no charge. Had he been a gentleman he may just have received a courtesy. But we will NOT submit to EXTORTION under threat of a bad review. "It is unfortunate that this client was not well served by his design / build firm and that he has chosen to vent his misplaced anger at the wrong party. It is human nature to embellish a story to suit ones cause. It is quite another thing to fabricate false facts to further that cause. The client had no direct interaction with this firm until after it was discovered his representatives provided the incorrect glass samples to Precision for manufacture and installation. It was only then after he terminated his relationship with that firm that he interacted with Precision directly. First by trying to reverse his credit card payment to Precision, when his claim was denied for misrepresenting the facts of the case he temporarily ceased his hostilities directed at us. To put an end to the matter and as an act of goodwill we waived the 50% balance contractually due us for the products we correctly manufactured and attempted to install. All glass was made to his representatives specifications. He then purchased the glass elsewhere and had yet another firm install it. Apparently the the thickness of the glass he was provided was incorrect for the frames and many of the pieces cracked. He once again reached out to us for a quotation to replace the broken panels. As it was apparent he had been victim of a series of unfortunate mistakes by the firms he employed we offered to remake the correct glass at our cost and install it at no charge which he agreed to, only to find out that he had sourced the replacement glass elsewhere and wished for us to only install his glass at no charge. We kindly agreed to do so with the proviso that it be at our convenience "when we were in the area" Over the course of the ensuing months three separate attempts were made to do just that. Each time the client replied it was not a convenient day. I state categorically that the quantity of glass as well as the dollar amounts quoted by the individual are false as are the facts as stated. The actual facts are well documented and available for anyone to see. I invite all interested parties to so and decide for themselves. I call upon the client to promptly withdraw these false accusations from the multiple sites he has published them on using various alias's as they are libelous statements and will otherwise be dealt with in a court of law. I stand by our 32 years of impeccable service to our many valued clients. Thank you, Tom Basile Owner"

"Our records indicate this installation for $4,510.00 was completed in 2012 nearly five years ago. I see a complimentary service was provided to you in March of 2014. So now in June of 2016 you are complaining of leaking under the doors ? I would suggest you schedule a service call to replace the caulk on the fixed panel and the gaskets on the operable panel. As it was explained to you at time of purchase these items are consumables and are designed to be replaced as needed just like changing the oil in your car and windshield wipers.
