About us
Monmouth Auto was founded by Marc Di Piero in 1999. He wanted to be able to give customers someone they could take their vehicles to and TRUST. Marc was best able to do this by opening his own business. Eatontown and it's residents responded with great enthusiasm. Monmouth Auto Diagnostics, Inc. took off better than expected!! Now here we are in 2016 and while there have been many changes over the years, one thing hasn't changed: Marc's desire and ability to provide trustworthy repairs at the best cost possible to his customers.

I arrived at 7:45am, the business opened at 8am and my truck was in the bay by 8:05am. 20mins later the mechanic explained to me what was wrong. Shocks had failed, causing the tires to chuck and not ride flat causing the loud tire noise I bagan to experience. I would need new tires and shocks installed. I asked many question about how this happened and discussed options and brands of shocks and Tires. I'm not familiar with these products and options, the staff patiently explained them to me. I ask that, while there they could check out the trucks oil and other parts, which they did and serviced the necessary areas for repair,,,, replace.
I was given a time line for how long the maintenance and repairs would take told I could wait if I choose or I could leave and they would call me once the trucks repairs were complete. I left and in less time then expected the repairs were complete. I was called and retrieved my truck.... It looked as if no body was in it... No grease on the steering wheel, seat or floor. The truck rides beautifully!!!

They are the best! I have used Monmouth Auto Diagnostics for years for all of my cars--and have nothing but good things to say.
They get the work done in a timely fashion. They understand that it is difficult to have your car tied up for any length of time-I have always had the work completed in a day or 2 the most. Their work is reliable. Pricing is fair and they will work hard to find the best price for parts Jessica -who answers the phone at the front desk-has a great knowledge base of cars and diagnostics-so when you make the initial phone call for an appointment -she already gives you a very good idea of what the problem is that you are dealing with and she gives you an idea of the cost right from the beginning!
