They get the job done. I travel, so they are very good at stopping and starting service when I need them to. They are very clean and always put the garbage cans back where they are suppose to be.

I've been using them for about 5 years. For people with smaller families, they allow only once a week pick up which can save you money. I've never had any problems with them.

They are excellent. The deals are excellent. I used to use the city before and they will not collect any bulk pickup, where as this company will.

I recently rented a roll off dumpster from Marpal as I am cleaning out my house to move to a smaller home. Having collected assorted stuff for 30 years, there was much to be removed. After calling 5 companies I decided on Marpal because their price was lowest. As I was not sure which size container to get, they suggested a 40 yard but I would pay the same as a 30 yard unless the weight was over. As I scheduled this over 1 month in advance, I was told they would confirm everything about 1-2 weeks prior to the date. When it was 4 days from the scheduled drop off and I did not hear from them, I became concerned and called. It took a while but they found the order and said everything was scheduled and the box would be dropped off the morning requested. I asked about the pickup and they said I could have the box for 1 week and I should call 2 days before pick-up. Since it was Thanksgiving weekend and they would be closed for 4 days, I wanted to schedule pickup at that time but could not.

The box was delivered as expected. It was also picked up on schedule.

I called to find out when I would recieve the bill and was told I would receive the invoice about 2 weeks after pick up. No invoice was received, but about 5weeks after the service, I saw the charge on my credit card statement. They had charged me 2 days after the service was completed, which was the day before I called to inquire about the invoice. When I called back, they sent an invoice, but there was no reference to the weight that had been picked up. When I called to ask about the weight, I was told they could not send a copy of the ticket but I had exceeded the lower weight limit. I thought I had, because I had filled the larger box, but proof would have been better.

Over all, they did what they said they would do and I would use them again, although I do not expect to have 30 of accumulated stuff again.
