Went great, lighting was an issue cause I didn't know what type of lighting I wanted to do which held the project up for 2 weeks but once we picked lighting we were up and running. Steve has become like an uncle to us. We call him all the time when we need help. He replies back fast too. When we move to our new house we will definitely hire him again .

Could have not been more satisfied with Steve and his crew. They were knowledgeable and respectful. Steve was on site each and every day and was unbelievably responsive to calls and texts. He was mindful of our budget and gave us options. He was honest and a pleasure to deal with. He finished the job ahead of the scheduled time frame. His work was exceptional and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. I look forward to having Steve and his crew back in the future for more updates !

Extremely pleased with the outcome. The HPM team was extremely responsive during the entire project.  As delays were encountered from outside the project (i.e. permits, utility shut offs/ons, etc) they were able to continue moving the project forward by working on other tasks when possible, minimizing the overall impact. Their flexibility was further evident as we (the homeowners) dealt with a wholesale club and supplied a significant amount of the materials needed to rebuild the house.

In addition they were able to utilize a lot of our existing structure as they blended in moldings, sheetrock, cabinets, etc. Problems were resolved quickly and with little or no impact to the project. They were always willing to listen to our concerns and make adjustments in the plan when necessary.

HPM's staff is very knowledgeable and personable. A pleasure to work with.

HPM did an excellent job building our two story addition. Steve was reliable, frequently on site and always easy to reach with any questions. Our project was finished ahead of schedule and we love it!

Our experience was fantastic.  When we told Steve of HPM that we needed work to begin almost instantly and be done in 8 weeks, he cautioned that he was not sure he could make it -- he had other work in progress -- but would try.  In fact he finished 2 weeks early.  His subs' craftsmanship was excellent.  Business arrangements were clear and fair, with payments due as various sub-tasks were completed.  And everyone was most helpful.  When for example we agreed to provide the flooring materials, Steve and company were still willing to educate us on what to look for when we went shopping.  Overall, we could not have been more pleased.

In addition, I used him to finish my basement after I had some mold remediation work done. He replaced all of the sheetrock & arranged for a crew of painters to come in & complete the job. Steve is very thorough, and takes care of all the details. When he says he will do something, when, and what it will cost ---you can take it to the bank!!
To give an idea of his committment, on Super Bowl weekend a few years ago, on that Friday my wife & I came home form the movies & i happened to go down to myfinished  'mancave' and heard a dripping sound. Water was all over the place.  What a mess in my newly finished basement! That night, about 10pm, I called Steve to get his help. He was on top of it immediately! We wound up turning the water supply to my house off, til we figured out where the problem was. 
On Super Bowl Sunday, Steve had lined up the plumber he uses (Mike Bellicose of Belly's Plumbing in Atl. Highlands) to come to my house in the morning to figure out the leak source, and fix it.  It turned out to be a pin hole size break in a water pipe.As Mike Bellicose was leaving , I found out that he had about 50 people coming to his house later that day to watch the Super Bowl!! They both did not have to jump on helping me out on a busy weekend! By the end of the week, I had new sheetrock installed after things dried out, and the same painting crew came in to finish the job.
Steve and his team are the best! Save yourself the hassle of sifting thru the myriad of options for home improvements/renovations --- give Steve a call & he will handle the rest!!

They did a great job. They put everything back together very carefully, and our house is now in better shape than it was before the storm.  The price was very fair.

The subs were all intelligent, reliable and respectful.  The work never got stalled.  Communication was great, and I always knew what things were going to cost.  When I hear about other people's experiences trying to recover from Sandy, I realize how fortunate we were to have Steve looking out for us. 

We couldn't be more pleased with how the work on our home turned out! Steve and his crew are simply the best--high quality work, attention to detail, and they want you to be 100% satisfied! They are extremely professional, yet friendly and so easy to work with. Very punctual, too, and the crew does a great job cleaning up after a days work! Can't say enough good things about Steve and his crew! You won't be disappointed if you hire them--quite the opposite! You will be glad you did and really pleased with whatever work that is done!
