There was a miscommunication about the cost of the first cleaning due to a language barrier. This was resolved. But she never called back to make another scheduled appointment.

I was in a pinch and needed same day cleaning. The owner was friendly and accommodating. He was able to set up an appointment for same day. He also called after with updates on when the cleaning lady would arrive. She then showed up on time, was very nice and professional and did a thorough cleaning job,
