price and their workmanship was superb. I plan to bring them back for a bathroom remodel project this Winter or
Spring.
The remodeling project involved rebuilding a front entryway, front porch, and sunroom. It was more difficult because they needed to correct all the mistakes the first contractor made and I was very surprised at the speed they were able to accomplish the project. For example, the first contractor built the new roof and entryway incorrectly and nothing lined up correctly. CnS spent over 2 days just correcting the work which was above and beyond the scope of their contract. They kept saying if they were going to do it, they would do it right even if it took more time. I was very impressed with their and quot;Do it Rightand quot; concept since I’ve only ever seen this on TV shows. It was refreshing to see it in real life.
I was also very impressed with their commitment to work just one project at a time. They came everyday from start to finish and worked a full day. No subs ever came to the project. They were flexible with all the last minute changes to the plans and the price remained mostly unchanged. The building inspector was impressed with all the details which went above and beyond most others work.
I will be bringing them back to do my bathroom remodel very soon.
