The technicians were courteous, efficient and knew their stuff.  We're very pleased with the service and will call them again.

Yes he did some work but unfortunately I believe it made it worse.I think he explained it to my son but it wasn't his fault it's a subzero and then he said to fix it would be $2000 but he couldn't warrantee it. He let us know all that up front which was good but I'm still without a refrigerator because it was too expensive. I'm just frustrated with subzero more than with him. You know he came out but was a little bit late but I guess that happens. They came out 6 to 8 weeks something like that. He was very friendly, personable. He seemed like he knew all the brands. It was limited I didn't really need him personally or anything like that but he didn't promise anything he couldn't deliver. I appreciate the honest approach. Only $300 and it doesn't work. Of course, we had to pay it with a couple hundred but he said I can do this and this is what it will cost but it might make it worse. It kind of made it stop altogether but it is an old refrigerator.

Both new appliances are working well and were priced very reasonably. We have been depending on Rich for years. He has serviced several of our appliances, doing a great job at a reasonable price each time. We have been impressed by both his skill and honesty. When we have thought we needed to replace an appliance, he has told us when a repair would be sufficient, even though he was in the position to sell us the replacement. In addition, when we do need to buy new, he has us look around for what we like. When another store has had a great sale price, he has told us to go with them rather than try to convince us to buy from him on that occasion. Rich has often checked our concerns regarding other appliances during a service call, without charging for the additional help. We have recommended him to our friends and they now call on him exclusively as well.
