 + -1 moreMUST READ...... The quality of the work and labor provided by Advance Air Services was very good. However, please be advised on what they charged me for the parts: Advanced Air. Avg price on internet, Lowes, HomeDepot Weil McLain CGa5 133,00 BTU - $5, 452.00 $3,300.00 Hot Water System Air Scoop. $165.00. $38.00 Expansion Tank. $268.00. $62.00 Home Depot sells the Scoop and Expansion Tank as a kit for -$132.00 When asked why i was charged almost double for parts, the answer i was given is too rediculous to mention. They have little if any credibility and not to be trusted. If you chose Advanced, be prepared to pay amost double for the parts. There are many cobttactord who will intall your parts thst you purchase on your own.

 + -1 morePoorly. The least they could do was say they couldn't make it, not blame me because they didn't show up.
Description of Work: The provider was selected by American Home Shield to provide service to my air conditioning. I received a call the next business day to setup service, and we agreed to have service provided on 8/20 between 1pm and 3pm. The owner stated we were the last service call before they went on vacation to drop their son at college in Vermont. However, no one ever showed between 1pm & 3pm. I called their office multiple times with no answer, so i left multiple messages. Still no call back. I called American Home Shield to ascertain a status and they stated the company said they came and called but no one was home and didnt answer the phone. However, I took off of work and was home all day awaiting their arrival.

 + -1 moreHe always followed up with me on the quality of his work and sought assurances that I was pleased with the work he had performed. all in all, very professional.
Description of Work: Eric replaced an aging boiler that was rusting and performing poorly. He replaced the system with a newer, more efficient and safter system, while also adding digital thermostat components that I can control from my iPhone.
