Moving
THE WRAPPED FURNITURE WAS EITHER BUSTED, CHIPPED OR SOMEHOW DAMAGED. THE BOXES THAT I PACKED ARRIVED OKAY. THERE IS ALSO ITEMS MISSING. THEY TOLD ME TO FILL OUT A CLAIMS FORM AND WAIT. I'M STILL WAITING.

"We are truly sorry for the damages happened to the client's household goods during his move and willing to compensate him for that. On one of our phone calls with the client he asked for the tip he gave back on the pick-up day back. We sent him an agreement to sign on claiming the tip back and explained that as soon as he will mail it back to us we will send him a check. We attached a claim form to this agreement for the client to fill out and send back to us in order to submit it to the insurance company. We immediately responded to his complaint and started a compensation process. The client can not decide on his own opinion how much the refund should be and claiming that by disputing the amount he paid for the service. We never ignored or waived our responsibility towards the client but there is a way to complain and claim money back. The client is insured with the movers liability insurance at 60 cent per pound and signed on a form informed that."
