Reconstruction Mold Remediation

We used this company for our previous house which had mold problem. Wayne came with his team and did a great job finishing the remediation work on time as promised. Will recommend to friends in the future.

RMR was the first contractor who provided a detailed explanation of what work was to be completed, time estimate, cost and how payment was to be made. It was a contract signed by myself and the owner, Wayne. A copy of the insurance certificate was provided without my having to ask for it. The work was performed in a timely manner. All work was based around my schedule not the contractors schedule. The basement was cleared of all areas affected by mold. The area was completely cleaned of any and all debris related to the job. I can walk in the basement now without the smell of something rotten, mold. I was very impressed with the work ethic of Presley and one other man whose name I cannot remember. RMR was very personable and easy to work with. I would give this company an A+. You won't go wrong hiring this company to handle any mold issues you might have.

Wayne came out with in a day of calling. He was friendly, professional, and gave us all the information we needed right on the spot. Pricing was the best out of 5 other quotes. Project was started the next day and completed the following day. We were on a deadline for a house closing the following week. He left the job site clean, the crawlspace look like new construction and not 20 years old. Gave us recommendations for the new owners and he kept us updated throughout the whole process. We highly recommend them. We will be using him to treat and take care of our other 2 houses in NJ.

Spend almost 3 hrs to study and understand the root cause of the problem. Where as other contractors, just came in and rush up to sign the contract.

I had gotten a few quotes for mold remediation in our basement but Reconstruction mold was the only company that went a step further and tried to figure out WHY we had mold in the first place. So we hired them because of their thoroughness (and competitive rates!) and not just giving us a quote to clean up the mold but also how to prevent it from coming back. We ended up hiring them to fix some other issues in the house as well.

He did a good job overall. He backed his services with a warranty. I compared the pricing with several others and he came back with the best pricing by far!

He was very professional. Instead of removing the mold and treating the wood, he tried to find out the reason why there was mold in teh first place. He then fixed that problem before taking care of the mold.
