You can call up and make an appointment and they show up. Some other people say, "I got late", "I had another job" and I ask, "why didn't you call?" and they say, "I got tied up", and I'm like, "what am I? Chopped liver?"

The quality could have been a lot better. The office staff were nice and answered the questions and made a note of what was requested. Although the person(s) who came to the house came with the paper work, they didn't bother to open it to understand what services were requested.
