It went well. Was able to locate the source of the leak and fixed it. The other contractors I contacted all wanted to replace the section of the roof at 4X the cost of the repair.

Tracey Strauss called back right away and set up an appointment for the same day. When he arrived on time, he was very friendly and polite and went straight up to take a look, and determined the problem was a lack of proper sealing around a vent. He advised that we should start with patching the area properly, including installing a metal sheet, and make sure that fixes the problem before doing any other major work on it, which we did. I really appreciated the way he didn't try to charge for a larger job when that was all that was needed. I would definitely call him again in the future to do any needed repairs.
