For our first home which was undergoing a major kitchen remodel, I was referred to Stone Surfaces to choose granite, by my remodeler. I went to the warehouse where they had thousands of granite slabs in the back; I was overwhelmed. Their staff was terrific, helping me narrow down options and willingly giving me samples of a dozen or more choices that were chipped right off the slabs in question. I went there several times as I made final decisions and they were helpful, patient and a pleasure to deal with. I finally chose the particular granite slabs I wanted. They templated my counter-tops, and came back 2 days later to install. Turn-around time was extremely quick and the final product is gorgeous! Fit and finish is excellent. We used them a year later for a second job and was similarly impressed. I have seen some poor granite jobs so I know these are excellent. Total costs for both jobs are stated above.
