 + -1 moreDidn't show up at scheduled time, and didn't reach out to notify me of any delays or other scheduling issues until after I contacted him to find out what was going on (1 hour and 40 minutes after scheduled time). Doesn't respect client's time, doesn't respect clients enough to notify them of scheduling issues.
Description of Work: replace three two-prong outlets with grounded outlets
