On time, professional, all work performed in a timely manner. The office manager is very approachable with questions during the remodeling period. Costs were just as expected -- no surprises! The rooms look wonderful -- great experience.

I called Built Tough after I had a problem with the siding on my home, which was done by another company. After the other company came twice and still did not fix the problem a friend recommended Built Tough. I called the office, the call was returned most promptly by Linda. James came out and immediately told me what the problem was and I scheduled an appointment to have the repair done. They came as scheduled and the job was done. I am sorry I didn't use Built Tough from the beginning. Since that time they have replaced windows and repaired roofs. Their work is quality. Call them, you won't be disappointed. They are the best.

They are a construction company. I use them every year for a project in my house. I will be using them again in the future.

We decided to wait until after the summer to use them. They were very professional and our electrician, who works with them a lot, confirmed that. I would absolutely recommend getting an estimate from them because they know what they’re doing. They are not the cheapest but they aren’t the most expensive either.

I have used a lot of companies in the past and none of them have come close to being as meticulous as they are. They completed the job in three days. Their price was extremely fair. I had two small walls taken down in the house by them. I had them build a closet in the dressing room. They also took down a small wall in the kitchen. They also did my powder room and an expansion to my front entrance. Their work was so meticulous; it was worth the price I paid. They weren’t the most expensive, but they were fabulous. They responded to every single issue that came up, without any extra cost. They removed the front steps and they found a lot of rubble underneath. It wasn’t supported correctly. They had to spend additional time on the work, but they didn’t charge me extra for it. I initially had the second floor built as six inches larger than I wanted. When it was framed out, I didn’t like it. So, they took it down and corrected it. They were just terrific. They delivered everything that they had promised. They were very professional. I highly recommend them. I have nothing negative to say about them. I will probably ask them to come back for a bathroom renovation. I wouldn’t use anybody else.

He came out and we went over everything that needed to be done in the house. He's going to give us an itemized list within the next week, and after we get that we're going to set up a time for him to come out and do the work. He was very nice and professional, and worked very well with what we wanted.

Overall, the project went very smoothly. The demolition was done in 1 day! The tile work is gorgeous and I am very pleased with the finished product. Built Tough provided excellent customer service and all of the employees were very helpful. We came in slightly over budget on the entire project. The overage was a result of a plumbing move which we requested, but once our floor was opened up, we discovered that ductwork had to be moved too. Our house is older, so unforeseen issues were to be expected. Other than that, the entire project went as laid out by the contractor.

The workers always showed up on time and did high quality work for us. The experience was a pleasant one. The work was done in about 2 weeks. It was a pretty big project.

My home is on a 60 x 100 lot. The new addition is not overbuilt and truly blends with the existing part of my home. I found the company through Angie's List. On a daily basis, the large crew showed up on time. I never had to contact them to stay on the job as they really stuck to the project until they were completed. The project began in January, so they were sensitive to the fact it was cold. They hustled to demolish the old and box up the new. They will do major remodeling projects along with smaller jobs. The person giving me the estimate allowed me to view his work firsthand. They stuck to the original estimate. They were a little pricey, but they offer a flawless type business approach and the quality of work is excellent.

This was an amazingly large project and I am pleased to say these contractors had the job done and us moved in, in six months. Every subcontractor they hired was as thorough and talented as the general contractor himself. The entire house was done with top grade materials and I would be proud to recommend them.

OVERALL, THEY WERE GREAT. THE PRICE WAS PRETTY FAIR. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WERE VERY HARD WORKERS. THEY SEEMED VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN.
