+ -1 moreMY CREDIT CARD WAS SWIPED TWICE. THE FIRST TIME I WAS TOLD THAT IT DIDN'T GO THROUGH BUT IT DID IN FACT GO THROUGH AND I WAS CHARGED TWICE. I HAD A DIFFICULT TIME GETTING THE OVERPAID MONEY CREDITED BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT.
Description of Work: WHEN I CALLED U-HAUL TO RESERVE A 17 FT TRUCK. THEY GAVE ME A 14 FT TRUCK. I WAS TOLD THAT THE AMOUNT OF FURNISHINGS THAT I WANTED TO TRANSPORT WOULD FIT, BUT IT DIDN'T.
