Rug Renovating

I was told I needed additional work done on my rug after submitting for cleaning. After clarifying and agreeing to the work and costs, rug began falling apart at corner, turns out rug renovating did not do the work charged. They then rewrote bill to reflect work never assigned and shifted cost to cleaning. (I have emails confirming work to be done and the cost of $220. Which they now want to charge an additional $850 to fix) SMH!

Had used this company twice in the past with good results but no longer have the confidence their service is on par with the past.  Very disappointed

The cleaning was okay, but my experience was poor. I negotiated a 15% discount and when the bill came through, they didn't include it in all the items, just a few. and they quoted a price of $140 on the repair and it became $180. When I called them, they said they'd review the bill and get back with me. They never got back with me, and when I called them again, they said they reviewed it and that there would be no changes. This is a company I have used in the past, but I will not use them ever again in the future.

The rug looks beautiful. Colors bright and the beautiful fringes make the rug look like new. This is my 3rd time using this company and would not hesitate to recommend it to my friends.

After viewing their website showing the extensive equipment they use, I called to inquire about having my oriental rugs cleaned. I was very impressed with their representatives knowledge of oriental rugs. After they had a chance to look over the rugs, they called to explain some suggested repairs, which I agreed to. It took about two weeks to get the rugs back. They were neatly wrapped and delivered by courteous drivers. The rugs look beautiful. The whole process was very professionally done.

We have several antique oriental carpets that required cleaning and some repair work. I found Rug Renovation to be punctual, polite and knowledgeable. The company picked up and delivered the rugs on time. Their service people were good about calling and giving estimates for cleaning and repairs before moving ahead with any work. I also believe they are quite knowledgeable about rugs and how best to preserve and maintain their value. My one issue is that I felt there was pressure to do more expensive and extensive rug restoration, such as re-weaving, than I was prepared to spring for. I also found that while prices for basic cleaning were very reasonable, minor repairs, such as a frayed edge, quickly added up.

They supplied us with new padding too. They were very good.

They come in pick up the rugs and bring it back when done. I have been out to their facility as well and they do a very good job. They have handled a variety of rugs for us and they always do what they say they will do. They are within our budgets and on time. I am very pleased with them.

It was very pleasant and cordial. It wasn't stuffy. The man that came out was very spoken. I didn't have to question whether I wanted to let him in the house or not. He had all of his materials with him so I knew he was a represenative of the company and it wasn't an issue. He was very pleasant, and very thorough. There were no problems and nothing was broken. They came when they said they were going to come, and I would definitely recommend them if somebody asked.

THEY ARE THE VERY BEST IN THE AREA, AS FAR AS THIS SORT OF A SERVICE IS CONCERNED. WE HAVE USED THEM TWICE NOW AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WAY EVERYTHING HAS TURNED OUT.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE RUG RENOVATING COMPANY. THEY DID A FAIRLY GOOD JOB ON MY RUG AND THEIR PRICE WAS ABOUT AVERAGE. I WOULD PROBABLY GO BACK TO THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL THE PRICE WAS GREAT. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. THE CARPET LOOKS LIKE BRAND NEW. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY MOVED ALL THE FURNITURE AND PUT IT BACK WHERE IT BELONGED. THEY TOOK THE THROW RUGS WITH THEM TO CLEAN AND BROUGHT THEM BACK IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME.

A FRIEND TOLD ME ABOUT THIS COMPANY. THEY CAME AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND WE MADE A MUTUAL AGREEMENT ON WHEN TO COME. THEY PUT CASTERS UNDER EVERYTHING AND A RUNNER DOWN FOR ME. THEY ARE VERY GOOD AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.
