Don't count on their 24/7 emergency service. I am now waiting two weeks before they can send a tech. And this because the tech they sent a week ago couldn't find the house and just left - put a WE MISSED YOU tag in my mailbox by the main road. Call to reschedule and they now have a two week backlog. What really annoys me is: 1. I've been a customer for 16 years and they STILL can't find the house. 2. They did a tune-up in the spring, system was off all summer after that, but won't start in the fall. What good is the tune-up?

THREE TIMES over last winter they let our oil run out even tho we were on auto-replenish.  They barely apologized except for a letter from the owner we got over the summer.  What they did was damaging to our tank and the fact that it happened three times in a cold winter is inexcusable.

They were awful.
I had an ingrown oil tank and needed to install an above ground oil tank. Oil needed to drained from the tank prior to another company removing it. I was told i Would get a credit for the oil removed.
At least 3 times, they told me that the in ground tank would be drained and the above ground tank would be installed over the "next two weeks" but never scheduled it. I finally called and spoke with the owner/manager and the above ground tank was installed the next day. The new tank  ran out of fuel shortly after the tank was placed and the house temperature dropped into the high 50"s before the tank was filled. Then it didn't work. They came back and fixed it. Two pipes burst between the initial call and the time the heat came back on..
Some time later, again during the winter, while we were on vacation, our daughter came home from school to find the house at 47 degrees. I called the company and they sent a man out who told my daughter he couldn't fix it and he left. I called the company 3 or 4 times over the next 3 hours to find out why it couldn't be fixed, but never got a return call. Fearing another pipe would burst, I called an attorney who called Pierson. They returned my called a few minutes later and explained the problem to me. They fixed it the next day.
I have been trying to get a refund for oil removed from the in ground tank, but despite two messages left for "George" over 10 days, I have never received a call back. I called them again today. They said someone would call me back.
Every contact with this company has been a problem. 
PS- I called them again this morning and held this review hoping they would call me back. They didn't. Again.

The salesperson was excellent, he was timely, professional and made sure that everything he said was in fact done on the day the work was performed.
The salesperson (Charley Holmes) provided an accurate estimate of all work being planned; he provided two options at different price points; and listened carefully to all of my concerns.
On the day the work was performed, the team showed up at my house on time; they were methodical in their execution; they were done my mid afternoon.
In addition, the price beat everyone else by $2-3K; they were a one-stop shop in that they included the removal of the old unit and the old oil-tank in the cost of the job...and they managed the job end-to-end.
I was surprised that JW Pierson (an Oil Company) handled gas conversions....they were the most competitive and they were the most professional contact I made. I would highly recommend JW Pierson to anyone thinking about an oil-gas conversion.

Our experience was very positive. They were very quick to respond to my need.

Called the office on 5/17 to say that my thermostat was loose from the wall and that the heat was going on and off.A very pleasant customer service rep made an appointment for the following day. I was happy to learn that they offer night service (with no extra charge), so I was able to make the appointment for after 5:00. The technician showed up on time and replaced the clock thermostat (which he had with him). He was polite, professional and neat. Very please with the way everyone in the company handled my service call.

THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO FRIENDS. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND A VERY NICE COMPANY. THE MAN WHO DID THE JOB WAS VERY POLITE. THEY ALWAYS RETURN MY CALLS AND SHOW UP ON TIME.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY IS REALLY GOOD. THEIR WORK WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY. I DID THINK THAT THEY WERE A LITTLE EXPENSIVE THOUGH. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

THEY ARE VERY CLEAN AND THOROUGH. I HAVE USED THEM FOR ABOUT FOUR YEARS NOW AND ACTUALLY THE PREVIOUS OWNER RECOMMENDED THEM TO ME AND MY HUSBAND. I WOULD ALSO RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

THEY WERE THERE ON TIME AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY ALWAYS DO THE WORK AT A REASONABLE PRICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
