Their website has an incorrect address for one of their locations, which had me going in circles , first red flag warning. When I finally found the correct address, the owner left for the day, second red flag warning this .The following week, I brought the original pie ce in and the owner said he would be able to make a duplicate. However, when I got home, the piece was too thick for the table.
I understand that mistakes happen, but when a business refuses to talk with a customer about a service, they are clearly ripping people off.
