Their website has an incorrect address for one of their locations, which had me going in circles , first red flag warning. When I finally found the correct address, the owner left for the day, second red flag warning this .The following week, I brought the original pie ce in and the owner said he would be able to make a duplicate. However, when I got home, the piece was too thick for the table. I understand that mistakes happen, but when a business refuses to talk with a customer about a service, they are clearly ripping people off.
Description of Work: They attempted to duplicate a of glass for my coffee table. I brought the original with me to the shop so they would be able to make the exact size/shape. When I brought the piece home, it did not fit. I called the office to see what could be done and the owner was very aggressive and rude and would not let me speak. He hung up the phone on me twice.
