The building is old (a converted 2 family home) and you can generally count on waiting at least 30 minutes to an hour. The waiting area can comfortably accommodate about 6 to 8 humans and their pets. It does get a bit noisy sometimes if there is a dog (or 2) who needs to bark. That being said, the doctor is AMAZING and the staff is very friendly and caring. Dr. Santiago is incredibly gentle and patient. It's clear he genuinely LOVES animals. He takes the time to explain what is happening and his reasons for the recommended steps. (That's pretty much why there is almost always a wait.) The prices are reasonable and they will work with you to ensure that you are able to provide your pet with the necessary care. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone in need of good care for their pet.

I think that their prices are very reasonable. They have a long waiting time, but their veterinarians are excellent - top of the line. They interact very well with the pets, explains each and every detail of what they are going to do, gives you their opinion, and has you involved in the process while making decisions. They are just top notch. So it's well worth the wait because they are very gentle, very kind, and very compassionate with your animals.

Dr. Santiago was extremely professional, loving and kind to my dog. Completely explained all treatments to me. Didn't order any unnecessary, tests vaccines. Such a wonderful experience. He takes his time with every animal. Vet Techs were caring and kind.

I have been very happy with Dr. Santiago. I think he is very knowledgeable and caring. I think he also helps out with the low cost neutering program which we are very happy about. I find his prices to be very reasonable. He came well recommended and, as far as I can see, he does excellent work.

Overall it went as well as can be expected. Our cat , Narcissa was treated so lovingly by the Dr and his staff that we have referred him several times. We found him in the yellow pages and would recommend him to anyone.

HE WAS A VERY GOOD VET. HE SEEMS TO BE VERY CONCERNED ABOUT THE ANIMALS THAT ARE BROUGHT INTO HIM. HE TREATS THE ANIMAL LIKE IT IS HIS OWN. HE IS A VERY CARING INDIVIDUAL.
