After June with the bad weather, I wondered why nothing was being done in July. I asked him to give my money back since the money should be in my bank account and not his. When he got back to work and needed the money I could give it back to him. If he worked 6 days in July, he worked a lot. This month, August 2009, he was told by the inspector to do some work. The inspector came by the 3rd and would be back on the 4th to get the job running and Charles never came back to do any work. He came back on Wednesday the 5th to do something and then left by 11:00 am without any communication to me. He has taken my money and has reversed this to be work on his time and not take into any consideration of what this has caused me. I do not think he would second guess on how to be professional if he had to deal with a male, especially if he would be taking their money.
