They are absolutely horrible landlords!! We've lived here since September and have mice and have had little/no heat this winter. They are slow to fix anything and when they do come to fix anything, it's not effectively fixed so you end up continuing to have the same issue. I've contacted Code Enforcement and they've been issued a summons on my behalf due to the heating issues. I have an infant son and this has been the worst living experience I've ever had.
