OVERALL, WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE NEW CARPET AND THEIR INSTALLATION. THE JOB TOOK LONGER THAN THEY HAD PROMISED, BUT THEY GAVE US A DISCOUNT TO MAKE UP FOR IT. WE MIGHT CONSIDER USING THEM AGAIN.
